CERINTE

Responsabilities
1. Maintain office efficiency
• Secretarial functions
• Recruit and select staff
• Supervise office staff
• Clients follow up in Romania/Norway
• Projects follow up
• Our websites follow up updates
• Client requests solve & follow up
• Promotion phone calls
• Employees’ documentation follows up with accounting supplier office

2. Perform other related duties as required


If you are interested the recruitment process will consist of:


1. Norwegian language written test 45 min

2. Psychological test= 60 MIN

3. Checking the references: please send us 3 written references (or
Phone numbers person references that were your managers in the past)

4. IQ Test= 30 MIN

5. Skype Interview in Norwegian language with a Norwegian native speaker = 45 min
