RESPONSABILITATI

Accounts Receivable

- Receive inputs from customers;
- Create, account and send manual invoices to the customers/group companies;
- Create customized statements and send to customers;
- Follow up with customers and request payments;
- Receive and respond to customers regarding problems with invoicing and any other queries.

Accounts Payable

- Open incoming invoices and check supplier data and details in SAP/Oracle system;
- Manage the invoices assigned and performing regular checks to ensure accuracy;
- Maintain a constant level of communication with the client;
- Handle resolution of suppliers queries, major discrepancies;
- Reconciliations and reporting;
- Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting as well as ad hoc reporting;
- Take part in internal projects.
