You will travel in Europe (Vienna, Budapest) for trainings and project meetings.

Your job will involve IT support and network administration tasks 50% of your time and java web development the other part.
The most common IT tasks as a network admin will be:
asset management (software and hardware)
network, backup and server management / configuration
IBM Lotus Notes email server management
research new infrastructure solution for sustaining company grow
equipment purchasing and tracking
disaster recovery planning
IT support issues.
As a software developer you will learn top of the line IBM and open source solutions and technologies:
IBM DB2 - database server solutions

IBM Rational Application Developer - the Eclipse IDE customized by IBM
IBM online meeting and collaboration tools
Gforge CDE - Collaborative Development Environment
Struts, JSF - open source frameworks

We are searching for a dynamic and committed person with team-player capabilities, with potential for learning and applying de-facto technologies in a highly demanding environment.
The candidate must be an organized person capable to prioritize his task lists, able to cope with task switching depending on their urgency.
If you are a beginner and you have good programming skills (in Java core and web) and show capability towards quickly learning new technologies you are also welcome to apply, as training is provided (1-3 months).
Technical skills:
OOP concepts (good/very good)
Java core knowledge (good)
Web concepts - basic understanding: HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
IT infrastructure and networking concepts
Knowledge of server operating system management and configuration (are a plus)
Knowledge of advanced web technologies: J2EE, Jakarta Struts, JSF, JSP, Ajax, XML (are a plus)
Software architecture concepts (are a plus):
