-NC data files generation according ECAM and BOM for SMD Placement and different vision systems
-Checking of component supplier specific requirement or data in order to adapt the generated files
-Clarification unclear BOM-information with development department
-Generate NC Programs for SMD Placement machine and keep them updated considering the ECRs
-Mantain and update the component library in DGS database
-Plan the needed activities in order to achieve the EWAK samples schedule
-Support in production Point-CIPs and series production support teams (including support with issues on yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, placement parameters update)
-Line leveling of products to achieve a optimized cph-value
-Participation and support on process audits and partially on customer audits
-Achieve KPI targets for TEF8
-Support capacity calculation, cycle time diagrams
- University degree - Electronics/ Mechanical/ Electromechanical Engineering or related engineering specialization
- Relevant experience with manufacturing of series production in automotive industry
- Optical inspection systems, it-systems, network, mechanical design, pneumatic, electrotechnic
- Statistical methods
- Preparation of machine specifications, lean production systems, ergonomic workplace design
- Problem solving
- DGS, Unicam
- Confident usage of MS Office tools, SAP
