On behalf of our client, key wiring harnesses producer in Romania, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to coordinate the factories in Romania.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates operative customer logistics teams in different plants (different countries)
Coaches the team members and improves the skills of team members
Improves the logistics processes
Standardizes the processes and documentation
Is offering support for all other departments, with information and documentation
Is offering support in resolving critical supply situations for customers
Preparation of Audits
Using and improving ERP Systems
Minimum experience of 3 years in the Automotive field, Harness Industry
Minimum experience of 2 years in a management position
Coordination of different teams and external outlook
JIT/JIS Supply Experience, including warehouse operations
Design and Implementation of logistics flows and intra logistics processes
Essential – English at an advanced level
Essential – German an advanced level
