RESPONSABILITATI

• Design, develop and deliver blended training interventions on site level and on the Global EMEA Region
• Delivers L&D training programs according to the regional standards
• Provides L&D induction and creates new hire induction plans for assigned positions
• Address ad hoc training needs identified for Sykes managers in conjunction with relevant line managers
• Support recruitment activities by playing an active role in the running of Skills Assessments for various non-Agent roles
• Ensures effective skill development and behavioral change through L&D activities
• Record and report training related data
• Effectively presents and implements L&D training programs
• Ensure that all necessary training equipment and facilities are available
• Utilize relevant L&D and performance management systems
• Consistently meets requirements and is driven by results


CERINTE

• Higher educational qualifications or equivalent, preferable in teaching, adult learning, psychology or HR related fields
• Some experience of working in a multi cultural, commercial business (preferable Contact Centre) environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and often pressured environment
• Experience of developing and delivering blended development solutions
• Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Team player, internally motivated self starter
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Advanced level of English and Romanian
