Are you enjoying having a technical role with responsibility in managing security processes for our internal and external clients and for Business Continuity Management for Managed services?
You need to be aware of Information Security Management standards and processes (i.e. ISO27001) and work with our Management Services management staff to ensure cost effective compliance with all contractual requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to contractual terms for Managed services clients;
- Understand requirements of ISO27001 and make appropriate recommendations;
- Understand requirements of Business Continuity for Endava Managed Services;
- Ensure consistency of security processes across Development, Managed Services and Endava Group;
- Act as a source of expertise for new clients and for the sales processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- University degree in Information Technology field
- Good awareness of ISO27001
- Awareness of other standards such as ISO9000
- Familiar with general security issues and landscape
- Experience working with and influencing peers and working across teams to achieve results.
- Able to present complex ideas to non-specialist audiences
- Understanding of SLAs and KPIs
- Customer focus
- Results driven
- Good communication skills
