- Intocmirea ofertelor, situatiilor de lucrari si coordonarea activitatii ofertare-decontare
- Intocmirea antemasuratorilor si caietelor de atasamente ce stau la baza situatiilor de lucrari lunare, impreuna cu sefii punctelor de lucru
- Studierea documentatiilor tehnice de executie si normativele in viguare in vederea incadrarii corecte a lucrarilor in articole de deviz
- Urmarirea permanenta a stadiilor fizice pe teren a lucrarilor de care raspunde in vederea decontarii corecte din punct de vedere cantitativ si valoric
- Intocmirea situatiilor de lucrari lunare in programul de calcul( CONSALT) pe baza masuratorilor si atasamentelor
- Studii superioare: Facultatea de Constructii, sectia Instalatii;
- Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel mediu;
- Experienta profesionala: minim 2 ani in domeniul instalatiilor;
- Capacitate de analiza si sinteza.
