RESPONSABILITATI:

* Provides HR support to accounts she/he is specialized on from daily issues to working out account specific HR strategy
* Answers questions of management and employees with regard to employment procedures
* Follows up absenteeism, turnover, sickness rate, holiday rate and all the HR related information
* Fulfills all the vacancies within the accounts according to the process defined
* Accountable for the process of recruitment in the accounts she/he is specialized on
* Conducts interviews with internal and external candidates
* Informs candidates and supervisors on decisions
* Places advertisements if necessary
* Takes part in HR-related projects; projects related to development of employees
* Processes all necessary administration according Sykes standards and local Labor Law
* Develop and maintain the candidates database


CERINTE

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in a related field (Psychology/Sociology/Communications)
* Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment - top recruitment experience is a plus
* Excellent interviewing skills: Demonstrated significant human resources management or recruitment experience in handling challenging recruitment issues in a diverse and dynamic environment.
* Interpersonal & Communication Skills: ability to relate well to people and work in cooperation with others to effectively coordinate activities in order to accomplish tasks. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively through writing and oral presentations. English fluency is required.
* Demonstrated a results orientation for delivering appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion.
* Creative/Conceptual Thinking: demonstrated the ability to assess and identify needs and develop creative strategies to implement effective recruitment plans.
