Responsibilities:
? Own production of new HTML pages from concept to go live
? Design user interface, layout, and flow for new site features and content.
? Present new design concepts to business stakeholders.
? Hand code design mockups in HTML.
? Participate in usability testing on new and existing site features.
? Maintain Web sites and work with Web Editor to ensure content is current and the brand/design standards are met.
Requirements
? University degree in graphic arts or related field, with two or more years of Web design experience.
? Experience with user-centered design concepts and practice.
? Solid HTML and CSS skills.
? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Corel, FLASH MX 2004 (ActionScript 2.0)
? Knowledge of JavaScript, Flash OOP, and template-based development
? Experience with 3D Studio Max is a plus
? Familiarity with cross-browser design issues.
? Ability to work closely with Web developers and business partners to take business needs and translate them to site design initiatives.
? Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
? Read, write, and effectively communicate in English
