Aliria Studios is seeking for a GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join its expanding company.
Tasks:
- create basic layout designs following specific requests and material details regarding style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound
- ensure that the content is accessible and logical
- recommend improvements if necessary
- follow lead's guidance in accomplishing the assigned tasks
- create and manage deployment of online elements including ad banners, gift certificate images, gift features, sale features, brand images, etc.
- design dynamic visual layouts for frequent website design changes
- perform DTP (print preparation) activities when necessary
- retouching images
The ideal candidate must:
- know the design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of adertising materials
- have knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash etc.)
- understand media production, communication, dissemination techniques and methods (written, oral and visual media)
- have the ability to communicate with the team to convey information effectively
- pay attention to details, be a problem solver
- be flexible
- work efficiently under pressure
