Fluent German speaker for Procure to Pay Administrator role
Exciting career opportunity for fluent German speakers looking for start their career in multinational company!
My client has a global network of more than 35 operations centers in 12 countries and hires 36,500 employees worldwide. Their locations are based in United States, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Poland, India, China, Guatemala, Hungary, Mexico, Morocco and the Philippines. One of the fastest-growing operations in Europe is centre based in Romania, established in 2005 that doubled number of employees in 2007.
Main Responsibilities:
¿¿¿ Processing & booking of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, materials catalogues, delivery notes, goods receipts and other procurement documents.
¿¿¿ Invoice processing: resolve invoice mismatches, invoice postings, updating activity tracker, carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within timeframe
¿¿¿ Provide information on status of invoices
¿¿¿ Answering suppliers requests & purchasing hotline
¿¿¿ SOX & CC5 compliance processing
¿¿¿ Procurement reporting
Your profile:
¿¿¿ Fluency in English and German
¿¿¿ Experience in Procurement/ Finance
¿¿¿ Quick learner and logical thinker
¿¿¿ Attention to detail /Accuracy
¿¿¿ Team work and customer oriented
¿¿¿ Communicative and good interpersonal skills
¿¿¿ Knowledge of MS Office products
