Our client is a very well known company providing a wide range of services, including Finance & Accounting, Collections and Customer Service, Insurance, Supply Chain & Procurement, Analytics, Enterprise Application, IT Infrastructure and Management. They are based in various strategic cities across Europe and are looking for German GL to join their team.

Role: General Ledger with fluent German

The role needs:
Provide General Accounting services: General accounting tasks (GL account maintenance, journal entries, closing activities, reporting etc.), Asset Accounting (capitalization, depreciation, and amortization) and Cost Accounting.
- Local GAAP for different countries and reconciliation with US GAAP accounts
- SOX and internal control compliance
- Reconcile P&L and B/S; and
- Prepare and send report to client on USGAAP basis.
- SOX documentation and internal control testing
- Interaction with other departments to facilitate GL process including fixed assets


Offer:
- Salary between 2000 – 7000 Ron gross/month DOE (€1800 - €2000) depending on experience

CERINTE

Requirements:
- University graduate
- Excellent written and verbal German and English;
- Well organized. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to meet strict deadlines
- US GAAP knowledge is advantageous
- More than 3 years of experience in a multinational company as Financial Reporting Analyst
- PC skills required (ERP knowledge is preferred)
- Problem solving /conflict resolution/analytical skills
- German language is a MUST
