- Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry;
- Works with business users to identify requirements;
- Defines requirements, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution;
- Develops functional specifications;
- Works with the development team and the quality assurance team to ensure they understand correctly the requirements;
- Very good knowledge of Object Oriented programming (Java is a plus);
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved correctly;
- Able to create a small team of functional architects.
- Computer Science or equivalent Bachelor's degree;

- Availability to frequently travel abroad, for short periods of time;
