Coaching technicians (lead, professional and personal development)
Reporting to CljP/TEF8-Master
Ensure achievement of quality, cost- and delivery targets
Preparation and conduct GPD's
Controlling and development technical availability of machines
Establish standard procedures for analysis and decreasing of downtimes and IFC-reduction
Increase efficiency of maintenance
Active support for introduction TPM concept
Support set up new products on existing production lines
Ensure a high quality in preparation and realization of EWAK-series
Required technical skills
University degree in Mechanics or Electrics
Experience with electronics manufacturing
Experience in manufacturing of series production in automotive industry; knowledge in technical processes for SMT and final assembly
Experiences with mechanical/electrical machine tools
TPM - detailed knowledge in maintenance planning and operation
Leading experience
English medium level, Deutsch as advantage
