Organize and held training sessions for Dual school programs according to high-school learning curricula
• Find and implement (create documentation) for a common approach of theoretical and practical aspects to be learnt by students
• Organize Dual School practical activities for high-schools students, providing different types of documentation for school, individual students and HR
• Collaboration with HRL, RtP Dual School and the AHK (Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce & Industrie) for implementing the German Dual School system
• Supervise and mentor the high-school students by advising them in their learning process. Implement developmental activities – quizes, practical exercises, grid tests, essays on technical topics etc.
• Held practical activities, exemplifying and showing mechanical processes and production phases relating to theoretical aspects
• Organize periodical tests and exams to prove the technical knowledge accumulated by students. Provide feedback and assesment toward students
• Collect, organize and archive the feedbacks and tests results from other mentors / trainers with which the students worked during practical activities
• Solid technical background and knowledge in mechanical field (mechanical processing, materials, technical drawing, measurement methods) OR in electrical, electronical engineering / mechatronics
• Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Good comunication and organisational skills
• Fluency in Englis
• Motivation to become a trainer and willingness to work with high-school students / teenagers
