Accounts Payable
• Opening incoming scanned invoices in workflow tool
• Checking the supplier data and details in the ERP system
• Entering correct data into workflow tool performing online checks as specified in the process
• Sorting incoming invoices (according to criteria: document type, purchase order, headquarter or branch)
• Communicating and clarifying with suppliers
Order Management
• Processing orders for: Orders confirmation; Supply confirmation; Third party vendors; Invoicing; Reporting
• Building a relation with clients and sales representatives
• Maintaining relations with logistics partners and informing customers regarding availability and deliveries
• Creating purchase orders (POs) for the third party orders
• Offering information to customers via e-mails/phone
If you are:
• Full of energy
• Self-motivated
• Fluent / upper intermediate in French and English
And you have:
• University degree (Economics background is a plus)
• Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
• Good communication skills;
