RESPONSABILITATI

Gathering, analysing, and documenting customer infrastructure requirements
Deployment, configuration, management, and troubleshooting for one or several customer site implementations throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

Manage and participate in the execution plan according to established terms and conditions.
Participate in the pre-implementation analyses for the client’s solutions (Hardware & Software) according to the terms and conditions of the commercial agreements.
Participate in organising detailed deployment plans and project schedules for the computer solution deployment. Participate in developing and validating the work instructions, communication plans and quality control for an optimised delivery cost with a minimal interruption of the client.
Research, investigate and propose technical solutions for the client’s configuration needs.
Ensure that every step of the project is properly documented.
Manage the update requisitions for the common data according to procedures and for all the other tasks related to maintenance and distribution of the system’s basic configurations.
Execute various project tasks assigned to the deployment group.
Minimise the impact of errors on the client’s systems by providing prompt solutions.


CERINTE

College diploma in computer science or related field
Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows
Knowledge of Magento – nice to have
Knowledge regarding virtual machines (VMware)
Knowledge about different RDBMS installation and machines (Oracle database – recovery and back-up tools, IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Apps)
Knowledge of installation of Middleware (application servers on Java and .NET)
Knowledge of high availability architectures
Ability to install and verify software package installations

Ability to analyse and solve complex problems
Strong wish to learn and grow professionally
Autonomy
Fluency in English

What experience do you need?

A minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience in the IT&C field
