The Position
Within the IT team, you will be in charge of administration, preventive maintenance, incident management and monitoring of the system operated by the company.
Your main missions will be:
- To manage the entire local IT infrastructure (servers, Shoretel IPBX, Telepresence system, Vmware) and help worldwide team on other offices
- To monitor, analyze and solve incidents using Nagios,
- To analyze and solve incidents on the internal production platforms,
- To ensure user desktop management (user requests, ghosts, security, ...),
- To lead Cluj IT Office projects (this includes being the first interlocutor for local providers),
- To help the team in global projects such as backup systems or virtualization
R&D missions
- Assist the team in maintaining & improving the software factory (solution that allows automated package building, testing and publishing) and any other development tools in usage
Writing scripts (Perl, Bash) to extract data, to integrate and customize systems, mostly regarding CVS, Jenkins, Spira
Your profile
- University degree (bachelor / license) or equivalent technical school certification
- First professional experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of Windows & Linux,
- Basic knowledge in scripting languages (shell), VMware, AD, DNS, DHCP, Nagios
- Fluency in English (written and oral), French would be an asset
