RESPONSABILITATI

Our client is a multinational company, specialized in offering outsourcing services for world wide clients.

Job Responsabilities:

- Monitor daily activities, and the hole process of Collections/Cash Applications;
- Customer relationship management in a remote type of operation;
- Minimize customer issues and concerns proactively;
- Recognise and reward individual and team level achievements;
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met;
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of financial performance indicators for the respective operational team.


CERINTE

- University graduated (preferably Economics);
- Minimum 4 years of work experience, with a 1 year experience in management position (preferably in a similar position);
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Good leadership skills (motivating, coaching, feedback and delivering results with the team);
- Excellent comunication and interpersonal skills, also customer-oriented;
- Knowledge on Collection, Account receivable processes, Cash application.
