This is a management role with responsibility for the profitability, client satisfaction, operational delivery, growth and development on a number of key client accounts. The role holder will operate across the Managed Services group, drawing on technical, operational and support resources to deliver within agreed deadlines, resolve client issues and conflict, implement improvement processes and drive revenue and profitability of the account(s). The role holder should be business focused with experience of working across teams and processes, with a good understanding of IT Management.
-Good understanding of ITIL and Prince 2
- Experience in support and managed services operations, from Service Desk responsibilities to technical specialist teams
-A strong understanding of the relationship between IT and Business
