CERINTE

Mandatory skills:

• Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, French;
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software;
• Fast learner, with strong problem solving skills;
• Motivated, dependable and very good team-player.

Desirable skills:

• Experience in working in a multicultural environment, preferably working within the IT industry;
• Regular contact with customers in a customer led environment;
• Working with demanding customers and delivering to tight deadlines;
• Experience of working in a shift pattern;
• Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and applications.
