To support its European organization, Office Depot is establishing a European Shared Services Center in Cluj-Napoca!
Together we are recruiting
Credit and Cash Collection Team Leaders for a new European Shared Services Centre
Managing credit limits establishment, monitoring clients and credit insurance;
Managing collection activities;
Implementing credit and collection policy and procedures;
Credit Committee meetings management;
Supervising customer accounts;
Preparation of weekly/monthly debtors’ reports;
Leading monthly review meeting with the top management;
Financial analysis of dealers' status in order to approve a credit limit and a payment term.
University degree;
Very good language skills both in written and spoken English;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;
Professional approach to work;
Good analytical skills and attention to details;
Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
