RESPONSABILITATI

He or she will be expected to perform following duties:

- Analyzing and following up the development of construction project schedules and quantity tracking. Assisting as needed with time impact and delay analysis, subcontractor performance analysis, review of periodic schedule updates. Knowledge of MS Project Software, Excel and Access a plus.

- Preparing and coordinating the development of staffing and operating plans for planning and scheduling activities.
- Reviewing contract drafts for adequacy of scheduling requirements, and coordinating development of all data in support of negotiations.
- Preparing, coordinating, and directing the planning and scheduling presentations to Bechtel and client management, as required.
- Conducting the personnel performance reviews and career counseling. Interviewingcandidates for employment and making recommendations for employment decisions.
- Directing ofall schedule development and maintenance monitoring activities. Developing, interpretation, and executing the policy objectives and standards applicable to schedule maintenance and the monitoring of development functions.
- Directing schedule analysis/study and problem-solving activities. Developing and interpreting guidelines applicable to the analysis function.
- Directing schedule reporting activities and providing assistance and guidance for the display or presentation of schedule information.
- Supporting proposal activities as required.
- Performing functional audits of projects to ensure the technical adequacy of planning and scheduling activities.
