The jobholder will be dedicated to our client’s Accounts Receivables team and will be transitioning customer payments and apply the cash, reconciliate customer bank accounts and General Ledger accounts. Overdue payments will be collected by the team as well
Collections:
- contact to customer regarding overdue items (phones, e-mail)
- dunning process
- contact foreign affiliates sales department regarding overdue items
Contact to customer
- non allocated cash
- reimbursement of credit balances
- University Degree (preferably Economics)
- Good Language 1 language skills (Italian/Spanish/German/French) spoken as well as written
- Good English language skills spoken as well as written
- Good Language 3 skills (Italian/Spanish/German/French)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Previous experience in Accounting/Accounts Payable/Cash Applications/Accounts Receivable would be a plus.
- Accurate and eye for detail
- Strong customer orientation
- Multitasking ability
- Team player
- Strong Admin skill set
- Local and international trainings in Netherlands (at least 9 months)
