Manage the profitability of key accounts

reduce risks and improve client satisfaction Oversee all operational Support and Project delivery
Manage technical virtual and project teams to deliver against client expectations and internal timescales
Own the individual relationships with key client staff to Senior Manager
Manage all client metrics and reporting


CERINTE

Experienced in managing customer relationships, expectations and definition of service levels
Knowledgeable in commercial environments — having commercial awareness, outsourcing knowledge, knowledge of tender process
Comfortable to coordinate projects in a technical environment
Having an IT background or relevant experience within the IT field
ITIL Certified
Proficient in English
