RESPONSABILITATI

• Provide 3rd Line technical application development support.
• Technical investigation and analysis of incidents, problem replication, fault diagnosis and call closure to customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the development of technical change requests, defect correction, and product software development for Client applications during Romanian standard office hours.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of primary products and a good level of knowledge of secondary products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed information relating to customer call logs in Endava/ Client call management systems.
• Liaise with Client Applications Management team in the escalation and resolution of problem situations.
• Undertake work in line with the Procedures and Work instructions of Endava Applications Service and Client incident management system.
• Responsible for the development of technical change requests and product software development for Endava developed applications for Client during Romanian standard office hours.
• Deploy fixes into staging for deployment to production by Client technical teams.


CERINTE

• Java SE knowledge (00P)/ Experience with Java SE;
• SQL (Preferably Sybase);
• UNIX commands (Preferably Sun Solaris and/or Linux);
• Ability to prioritise workload in a highly reactive environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• The ability to explain complex problems and solutions to non-technical people;
• Patience and determination to understand and solve an incident (Reproduce a bug, debugging it , fix it);
• The ability to organize workload and to work both independently and as part of a team
• The desire to learn new technologies;
• Written confirmation from your Line Manager that you are releasable from your role in no later than 6 weeks.
