Establishing and leading a team of designers;
Using and shaping the technical studies fresh graduates' potential and skills;
Establishing new principles and efficient techniques of designing;
Using the existing archives for the standard piece/projects, designing new pieces, making a list of components for each project, elaborating the execution drawings in relation to the group standards;
Offering support for a more efficient use of the 3D CAD systems;
Coordinating and supervising the designing team, offering technical and economical solutions for conceiving and developing automatic projects for national clients and also for international clients when needed;
Implementing procedures that would ensure an efficient cooperation between the group locations for the designing activity
Technical studies ( Specialization: Machine Construction, Mecatronics, Automatics ); ideal would be to have completed postgraduate studies or specialized courses;
Minimum 3 years of practical experience using 3D CAD systems, experience in conceiving and implementing automatic solutions;
Experience in using an ERP system would be a plus;
Experience in establishing and leading a team;
English language skills at a conversational level; German language skills would be an advantage.
