RESPONSABILITATI

For our client, the biggest software company in Romania, we are currently looking for 2 persons that have the ability and desire to manage the activity of the company's offices in Cluj and Constanta.

The Business Unit Manager has as overall objective, the management and coordination of a site out side the head quarters (by case: Cluj or Constanta)
• Assumes that the department sales target is fulfilled with total responsibility
• Follows-up the revenues/expenses by department and by individual project
• Follows-up projects invoicing
• Follows-up the cash-flow of the department
• Follows-up the department recruitment plan and works pro-actively with the HR Department, to ensure the selection of highly competent staff
• Performs general/professional evaluations of the PMs of his/her department.
• Evaluates all department staff, exiting the test period
• Communicates effectively with staff, managers and clients
• Adjusts his/her leadership style to the specific needs
• Provides objective, meaningful feedback to staff regarding performance
• Mentors, coaches and develops staff for current and future roles
• Elaborates the department business plan, based on the relevant information received from the project managers.
• Verifies the Purchase Requests for purchased products and services (training, technical services, recruitment, translation)
• Ensures that within the department, the quality system is established, implemented and maintained according to ISO 9001:2000 standard


CERINTE

• B.S/B.A Degree required
• Management experience is a must, at least 2 years
• IT Software market wide knowledge
• Very good communication and relational abilities
• Selling and negotiation proven abilities
• Very good organizing abilities, team spirit
• Problem solving abilities
• High PC skills
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Available for traveling
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Deoarece Antal a format de-a lungul anilor echipe dedicate anumitor discipline si sectoare de business am constatat ca acum este un moment bun sa ne dedicam la maximum timpul si competentele noastre re-evaluarii si re-orientarii profesionale a candidatilor nostri, oferindu-le in mod direct si de cea mai buna calitate cu putinta, urmatoarele servicii:

- re-facerea CV-ului dvs
- redactarea unui profil de candidat

- consiliere pentru dezvoltarea, sau eventual pentru re-orientarea lor profesionala

Consultantii nostri au experienta in executive search si au lucrat constant cu prioritate pe anumite discipline ca: resurse umane, logistica, IT, financiar- contabil, legal, marketing – advertising/PR, inginerie si management general, avand experienta anterioara de lucru efectiv in acea disciplina (de exemplu, consultantul specializat pe finance si general management a fost timp de 10 ani inainte de Antal director financiar si director general, la randul sau, iar consultantul specializat pe inginerie este inginer de profesie, cu experienta de 10 ani in prealabil celei de 3 ani in recrutare, etc).

Asadar nu va vom irosi timpul cu plictisitoare teste sau discutii mediocre.

Inscrierile se vor face pana la data limita de 31 ianuarie 2009, de preferat.

Pretul unei sedinte de consultanta de aprox. o ora si jumatate la sediul Antal din Bucuresti va fi de 30Eur+tva (in lei), de 45 Eur+tva pentru redactarea unui raport detaliat in scris (CV si profil), sau de 105Eur+tva (daca se va dori si includerea evaluarii psihometrice autorizate, in urma careia candidatul va primi un raport complet de evaluare).
