RESPONSABILITATI

The Branding Specialist is a key role in the Communications Department within iQuest. This role requires contribution to the development of the communications strategy that supports the iQuest positioning and increases iQuest’s visibility internally and externally.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Define and implement the company’s branding concept
Define and implement the branding strategy that supports the company’s internal organisational developments and employer positioning
Provide branding support and guidance for the development and management of all iQuest business events and campaigns in strong collaboration with the Marketing department and the G2M Units
Define and implement internal campaigns and communication to support specific projects and change management programs
Strongly collaborate with the HR and the management team in designing and implementing an action plan defined to grow the company image internally and to grow engagement
Conduct internal surveys and research to recommend improvements on the internal communications
Together with General Management and Communications, define an iQuest CSR policy and manage all CSR initiatives, internally generated or externally requested
Develop, implement and manage the iQuest Brand Guideline, while offering support to all other departments in using it.
Identify the best suppliers for various communication activities and work closely with the Procurement Team and Communications Team to evaluate the suppliers related to the communications activity.
Propose communications cost estimations for the activities related to all branding activities and actions
Establish and monitor brand awareness KPIs
Continuously monitor the implementation of a branding communications plan and prepare reports for the Communications Manager regarding assigned communication activities.
Analyses campaigns and events and translates qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the communications activities.

What experience do you need?

B2B working experience for at least 2 years, preferably in a corporate environment
Working experience in a marketing/branding/communication/PR/advertising department or agency for at least 3 years
