Developing the clients portfolio as regards Search and Selection, Personnel Leasing, Training, Payroll and Outsourcing services;
Presenting and negotiating the Lugera & Makler offer of services;
Scheduling meetings with clients and identifying their needs of human resources services;
Maintaining and improving the relation with the clients;
Collecting feed-back from the clients related to the Lugera & Makler services;
Providing consultancy to clients in order to help improve their human resources management;
Coordinating the Recruitment and Personnel Leasing departments.
Possesses a Bachelor Degree;
Possesses minimum three years experience in middle management positions in the sales area;
Speaks English fluently- fluency in French and/ or German is a plus;
Is familiar with MS Office;
Possesses a type B driving license;
Is optimistic, friendly, supportive and very funny;
Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills;
Is spontaneous, a quick-learner, structured;
Is customer-oriented and results-oriented.
