RESPONSABILITATI

1. Assist the management in all business related activities;
2. Perform administrative tasks for the office functionality;
3. Ensure the communication within the Company as well as with the Company’s clients and business partners, by phone, fax or email.
4. Keep the Company’s official correspondence and documents.
5. Handle the travel arrangements for the Company’s employees as well as for its business partners (flight tickets booking, hotel and conference rooms reservations).
6. Ensure the communication with different suppliers - office consumables; marketing materials.
7. Translate the required paperwork.
8. Specialize in marketing procedures.


CERINTE

1. University degree (preferably ISE or Economic Informatics)
2. Marketing knowledge is an advantage
2. Self assertiveness and initiative are highly appreciated
3. Advanced English language skills are a must
4. German language skills are an advantage
5. Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc)
