Our client is an Dutch wood producing company For its start-up in Cluj Napoca we are looking for an experienced assistant managers fluent in English to participate in project developing/acquisitions of new customers under the supervision of an Dutch Director.
The position requires:
- very good level of English (written and spoken)
- previous experience in office administration
- University graduate
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organization and time-management skills
- proactive and self-directed, "Can do" attitude,strong personality ,representative
- strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Daily tasks:
- data research
-identification of new local producers/competitors/customers
- document administrations/documents translations
- communicate with the beneficiaries/external producers
-handling accurate new orders
- participate in marketing projects
- keep track of the project development
-plan the director agenda
-availability to travel often by car in the country(all counties) and abroad together with the director in order to give presentations to customers
-driver license B -MUST ,driving experience - compulsory
-residence in Cluj-Napoca
