- Asista directorul executiv in activitatea manageriala
- Intocmeste rapoarte/prezentari conform solicitarilor
- Asista la intalnirile de afaceri si intocmeste minutele intalnirilor
- Pregateste corespondenta de afaceri (trimiterea/primirea corespondentei via e-mail/fax etc.)
- Primeste, inregistreaza, distribuie corespondenta, documentele si redirectioneaza e-mailurile spre departamentele carora se adreseaza
- Asigura confidentialitatea informatiilor din cadrul companiei
- Primeste si redirectioneaza apelurile telefonice si mesajele catre persoanele/departamentele vizate
- Arhiveaza corespondenta venita din partea partenerilor de afaceri sau clientilor
- Mentine la zi baza de date cu documente
- Studii superioare absolvite (avantaj studii economice)
- Experienta de minim 3 ani pe un post similar;
- Cunoasterea limbii engleze la un nivel mediu-avansat (scris, vorbit);
- Nivel avansat de operare PC (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook – Calendar si Task-uri)
- Spirit organizatoric;
