For its operations on the Romanian market the company is looking to hire highly motivated and dynamic professional to take the position of: Area Sales Manager for Insulated Panels Division (Cluj-Napoca)
• Expanding the company's market network and improving the target achievements
• Targeting potential clients and organize presentations of the company's products
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with the customers
• Ensure implementation of sales strategy in the assigned territory
• Representing the company in front of the Authorities – Regulators, Fire Officers, Architect and Construction Company organizations
• Permanent monitoring and reporting of all relevant competitor activities and about market
• Execute promotional activities in the territory
• Responsible for maximum product identification and brand recognition
• University degree
• Experience in technical field
• Good knowledge of Architect and Construction companies in the region
• Excellent knowledge of Construction market
• Over 3 years previous work experience in sales, good knowledge of the local market
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Customer and results oriented person
• Availability to travel intensively
• Good knowledge of English language
• PC literacy
• Driving license
