- Solving requests sent by customers by fax or by post; giving standard answers or sending personalized letters;
- Handle requests from passengers sent over the webform: answering to email sent by customers;
- Handle insurance letters by post or by email- sending passengers documents regarding their flights,documents needed for claims with their own insurance company.
- Good command of Spanish in combination with English, especially writing
- Procedure oriented
Working schedule is both part- time and full time (6/8 hours per day), Monday to Saturday, from 10.00 am to 20.00 pm, we offer flexibility as per work floor requirements
