Main Responsibilities:
¿¿¿ Open Invoices incoming scanned into the workflow tool
¿¿¿ Check the date and details to the supplier system
¿¿¿ Enter the correct data into the workflow tool
¿¿¿ Sorting of Invoices (ACCORDING to criteria: document type, purchase order, or Headquarter Branch)
¿¿¿ Requests for information or unclear images uncomplete Invoices
¿¿¿ Communication with suppliers and clarifications (Including correspondence and communication with suppliers)
¿¿¿ Send Invoices back to suppliers
Your profile:
¿¿¿ Fluency in English and German
¿¿¿ Exposure to finance or procurement directly advantageous Would Be
¿¿¿ Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
¿¿¿ Detailed oriented
¿¿¿ Knowledge of MS Office products
¿¿¿ Working knowledge of SAP and / or workflow tool is Year Advantage
