The main responsibilities for the accounting activities :
- Responsible for the Purchase ledger including coding of invoices, gaining invoice authorization and payment of all suppliers.
- Payment and posting of payroll
- Processing of Travel Expenses
- Petty cash administration
- Bank reconciliations
- Up keep of the Fixed Asset Register
- Prepayments and accruals
- Preparation of monthly analysis of figures
- Assisting general manager with cash management
And the responsibilities for human resource activities are:
- Assist with recruitment
- New Starter processes
- Administration of Salary Reviews
- Assisting staff gain visa’s and correct documentation for any foreign travel required as part of their role
- Responsible for ensuring time sheets and completed accurately and submitted on time for payroll calculation
- Administration of Holiday
- Administration of Meal Tickets
- Administration of Staff Insurances
- General HR administration
- Assist with the organization of staff functions
- Responsible for the purchasing of Office Supplies
We are looking for a person who has graduated Economics studies and with experience in the accounting field of 3-4 years. Also it is necessary to have experience in the human resource field. If your English level is advanced you are the perfect candidate for us.
