RESPONSABILITATI

As an Account Manager /Client Director in the Named Accounts Business Unit your job is to initiate, grow and maintain client engagements, while being fully accountable for their success. The accounts in your portfolio are P&L structures with dedicated budgets. Delivery success (including people satisfaction) will also be in your hands, and to achieve this, you need to collaborate efficiently with our colleagues from the Delivery Unit.

What will your responsibilities look like?

Create a client vision, build and implement it in accordance with the BU vision and strategy
Understand the business of the clients in the respective competitive environment
Run a yearly updating process resulting in an Account Plan. The strategy must include a Customer Value Proposition, the core Go-to-Market Processes, including a request for needed support processes
Determine and negotiate commercial aspects
Delivery Management
Networking with clients
Management of the P&L account(s)
Act in accordance with the iQuest value system
Run feedback loops within the organization extending across your portfolio
Set and agree performance objectives for project managers and other responsible people in projects or pre-sales engagements of the account, give regular feedback and evaluate performances
Pre-sales and bid management
Define, agree with the GM, execute and monitor the Key Account Plan for your accounts
Timely and accurately supervise and execute the Key Account Management Processes on your accounts

Understand the delivery process of software projects
Develop trustful relationships with clients
Manage teams for pre-sales activities
Coach teams for finding and solving engagement issues
Business development mindset
Understand basic P&L concepts
Do you also have these qualities?

Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in English, written and spoken. German is a plus
Excellent leadership skills
Structured and efficient
Ability to work with numbers and tight deadlines
If you are perfectionist, you won’t be alone
What experience do you need?

Must have IT experience in delivering software projects (as a PM for example)
Must have 7+ years of experience working in an IT company or a compatible background
Proven interpersonal skills experience in cross-departmental collaboration
Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
At least a bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience is preferred
Experience working with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and MS Office
