RESPONSABILITATI

The 2nd Level Support Engineer will be part of iQuest TELCO business unit, which delivers value added services to mobile operators. The Support Engineer will have the opportunity to help Mobile Network Operators to run their backend solutions with minimal service interruption or downtime. He/she will have to use good analytical skills and good understanding of technologies and solutions used or developed in-house or by 3rd parties, mastering in-depth knowledge of IP network protocols and other domain specific standards in order to diagnose, find workarounds and in general cope with dynamic customer environments and high expectations.


CERINTE

Understanding of n-Tier application architecture concepts
Server management, application deployment management and maintenance skills
Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems
In depth knowledge of Linux /Solaris, including shell scripting
General knowledge of JBOSS / Tomcat servers
Familiarity with SQL RDBMS interface and integrated tools (preferably Oracle), ability to create of simple SQL queries is a plus
Expertise in TELCO industry technologies is a plus
