General Job Specification

You would be in in direct and indirect contact to the client or to the customers of the client located in French / Italian speaking region. You would become the specialist in your designated area e.g. HR (administration, recruitment, payroll, personnel documents etc.), finance or customer service.

General Responsibilities

Incorporate a broad range knowledge (internal and external processes and policies) and become an expert
Perform data look up as well as data entry in various systems
Process in- and outbound emails and phone calls
Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Actively contribute to process improvement projects
Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisor
Support other team members in their daily activities
Act as single point of contact for specific process/service
Reporting activities
Participate in various side projects


CERINTE

completed high education at minimum
fluent/ native speaker of french/italian language ( written and spoken)
advanced knowledge of english ( written and spoken)
computer literate
understandding of business process outsourcing is a plus
excellent client handling skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks
strong displayed problem solving and analytical skills
self motivated , positive attitude and approach
