The role - German Customer Advisor
• Working in highly international team and utilizing German language
• Providing support to German speaking customers for innovative software and electronic products for a global American company
• Answering to customer queries in German via telephone and email
• Communication with other team member and other multinational team for problem resolution and escalation
Your Profile:
• Fluency in German + communicative level of English
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Good Organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in dynamic situations and achieve goals
• Desire to work for a global leader and develop career internationally
