- Ensure the functionality of the workstations, and other devices perform the related maintains, installation and upgrades.
- Administer the user access and rights on the locally managed back office systems, and keep contact with responsible organization on remotely managed
devices, systems.
- Evaluate and resolve any problems identified with the IT systems that cause a disruption or degradation of services to the user community.
- Proper and timely realization of direct assigned IT projects in own responsibility.
- Working on user problems in the scope of individual experience and responsibility.
- Involvement in special IT activities as upgrades changes or other technical measures.
- Administration of data archives, backup and restore function for IT and production data.
- Perform similar work related duties as assigned.
- Must be available for travel, which may require overnight stay.
- Must be available for shift 3 working
- Provide after hours support when necessary. Be willing to share and impart the knowledge of relevant IT systems with other members of IT dep.
- Technical University/College degree
- PC knowledge: Basic software and hardware knowledge in personal computing environment; Good technical knowledge in Microsoft Office and Personal operating systems environment;
- Very Good communication level English knowledge in writhen and verbal form
