Manage the day-to-day accounting matters;
In charge of general accounting/general ledger and monthly costs reporting;
Be responsible for reporting to a far away headquarter for monthly financial report, bank management, yearly budget and accounting matters;
Be responsible for company and staff Income Tax ;
Be responsible for yearly accounting activities (yearly declarations, tax liquidation, prepare the yearly financial statement; arrange the CPA yearly audit and etc.);
Establish and maintain good relationships with tax authorities, auditor, outside accounting consultant and etc;
Operate in the ERP system for Finance department;
Process payments and cash transactions;
Update weekly cash / bank report/bank reconciliation and check staff expense list;
Invoice issuing as required;
Registration for deferred collection and payment, and do the necessary document clearance;
To communicate and operate the process with bank for foreign currency forward exchange ;
Arrange the repayment for company credit card on time;
Arrange the payment for power fare and salary for foreign staff, and send the detail to related person on time;
In charge of VAT invoice for power and water monthly, and do the VAT certification before month-end;
Employee reimbursement verify.


College degree or above, major in accounting, Semi-senior accountant certification is preferred;
Leadership on the task assigned;
Be familiar with almost all aspects of accounting and be familiar with the procedures from purchasing raw materials to finished products;
Good English in written and oral communication;
MS Excel advanced user;
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skill;
At least five years working experience in accounting in a medium or small manufacturing company, including two years experience as a supervisor.
