• Security/Compliance
- Participate in the design, enhancement and improvement of the User Roles for SAP;
- Maintain User Master Data;
- Administer all access rights and monitor critical transaction combinations;
• Change Request Management:
- Co-ordinate all requests for system changes in the SAP Solution Managers ChaRM Module in line with audit requirements;
- Set up and administer the SAP Customising Archive as requested by Audit Committee;
• Auditing
- Ensure J-SOX compliance and perform J-SOX controls regarding SAP;
• Solution Manager
- Setup and maintain processes;
- Develop and maintain interfaces to all SAP systems of TMD;
• Development
- Write and understand ABAP programs;
- Create and maintain forms in SAPScript and SmartForms.
• Very good general SAP knowledge;
• Experienced in user administration and authorization in SAP;
• Experienced in SAP Solution Manager;
• Good skills in software development (ABAP preferred);
• Good knowledge in SAP Customizing and SAP CTS;
• Good knowledge of relational databases;
• Good knowledge of processes from the automotive business;
• Good social skills, creativity, communication;
