Manage the day-to-day accounting matters;
Responsible for bank management, accounting matters;
Responsible for monthly accounting activities (monthly declarations etc.);
Maintain good relationships with tax authorities, auditor, outside accounting consultant etc;
Operate in the ERP system for Finance department;
Process payments and cash transactions;
Update weekly cash / bank report/bank reconciliation and check staff expense list;
Invoice issuing as required;
Registration for deferred collection and payment, and do the necessary document clearance;
License degree in Economic Science;
Be familiar with almost all aspects of accounting and be familiar with the procedures from purchasing raw materials to finished products;
MS Excel user;
At least five years working experience in accounting department;
Good English or Italian language can be a plus.
