On behalf of our client, one of the most important shaped profiles and rolled steel manufacturer in Romania, we are searching for an experienced HR Specialist in Calarasi
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, internal HR management, compensation, benefits and training procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Team Coordinators to ensure all HR systems and practices are in place;
- Assisting in Resolving Employee Relations and Policy queries;
- Driving organization effectiveness through coaching and ensuring right interventions/resources are available;
- Drive individual performance (Employee Work Plans; People Development tools/capabilities; Training needs assessment; Coaching capabilities; Rewards & Recognition);
- Developing and executing recruitment plans;
- Compiling job descriptions;
- Leading the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position;
- Efficiently and effectively filling engineering white and blue collar open positions;
- Setting up individualized training plans to strengthen an employee's existing skills or teach new ones;
- Experience in the HR field, metalurgical industry would be a plus;
- Knowledge of Romanian Labor Law, especially about the individual and collective labor contract;
- University degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to work effectively with diverse people, innovation
- Very good verbal and written communication skills;
