to sell and service the groups core equipment, achieving the company's annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability and market share;
to support the Regional Sales Manager with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions and tools, optimization of the organization, people management and training of employees and distributors;
to plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contract towards achieving agreed business aims, including cost and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity;
territory management and development - implement CTP - to increase our market share;
aftermarket support to all customers in his area;
creating and action plan and reporting outcome on a regular basis;
develop and enhance good working relationship with distributors;
Identify "lost business" and develop appropriate preventive measure.
At least 3 years experience in sales (construction, mining or related industries);
University degree in Engineering;
Excellent command of Bulgarian and English;
Good computer and presentation skills;
Driving license;
Knowledge of the compressed air industry and its applications;
Team player;
Competent and confident;
Reliable, tolerant and determined;
Strong customer focus, pro-active, results-oriented.
