- To understand the total requirements of customers and potential customers in order to provide a center of competence that will support the direct and indirect sales force in the sale of profitable new contracts or extension / renewal of the existing contracts
- To be the centre of competence in XGS processes by being highly skilled in the product use, applications and demonstrations
- Coordination of XGS projects for different Xerox business customers and prospects
- To work with the Area Sales Managers and Dealer PSG/XGS Support to ensure coverage of the territory, and coordination where dealers are supplying XGS to the customer.
- Prospection; sales, customer care and public relation contact
- To be accountable, under the authority of the XMS Sales Manager, for the coordination, monitoring and follow up of XGS accounts in order to realize the defined business strategies (short, mid and long term) and sales objectives.
- To work closely with the Pre and Post Sales Analysts, as well as Account Managers in the allocated XGS projects
- To maintain contacts with Logistics, Finance and CSO in order to enhance Customer Satisfaction.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by the identification and understanding of existing customers and recommending the appropriate Xerox strategy and solutions.
- To develop and present proposals to customers either individually or in collaboration with analysts and specialists.
- To ensure own administration is well controlled, completed and delivered within set timescales. To provide well documented reports on current activity and demand to the XBS Sales Manager.
- To input accurate forecast and outlooks for inclusion in the Country Managers demanded forecast.
- To work with CSO to ensure installation and after sales service will be provided to the customers.
- To be capable of demonstrating all the products to customers.
- To actively participate in exhibitions and seminars and to implement any tactical promotions made available.
- Efficient self-management (for own and others activity planning and execution)

- Creativity (generate ideas to improve processes/programs)
- Strong team-playing skills
- Very well organized
- Ideally direct or indirect Sales experience (preferable in IT industry)
