Responsibilities include:
• Leads and develops Annuity Services solution(s) planning over entire life cycle, including conformance to strategies, end-to-end sales readiness and associated processes;
• Collaborates with Region Annuity Sales leaders to deliver and execute these strategies;
• Represents Annuity Sales core teams and provides sales requirements into product development stages/phases, e.g., New business or renewal/conversion programs;
• Product Marketing content/collateral built into sales training and sales enablement material for Annuity content (i.e. PROP/RAPID, New Hire Training);
• Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements;
• Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to develop and/or implement new/enhanced services, solutions, or programs and associated processes to meet emerging customer/market needs and fuel profitable growth;
• Responsible for Annuity orders contribution;
• Utilizes in-depth understanding of customer business and complex requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate Annuity Sales value;
• Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross functional activities that drive continuous growth of the services business;
• Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees;
• Owns key sales initiatives to generate incremental growth;
• Becomes a subject matter expert in the area of Annuity sales, new business, renewal and conversion;
• Analyses key performance and order performance to isolate improvement areas and best in class practices;
• Maintains, expands and develops annuity business.
Skills required
• Ability to convert global/regional strategies into tactical plans required and action them;
• Self-Starter with tactical planning and tracking of activities;
• High levels of collaboration and virtual leadership;
• Demonstrated passion and willingness to learn/expand;
• Strong organizational skills, taking ownership of organizing, leading and following up on actions driving to recommendations, decisions, and actions;
• Customer centric with an understanding of how to sell, what to sell, and positioning skills which helps our sales professionals with follow-thru;
• Solid selling and influence skills with the ability to communicate and influence abstract ideas at multiple levels and promote what the team is responsible for;
• Ability to understand/diagnose sales pipeline and financials orders report;
• Analytical foresight, ability to extract a story-board based on facts;
• Detailed oriented for quality and accuracy for any information;
• Strong MS office suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word, Sharepoint, etc).
